Currently, 17 groups from all over Germany are intensively working  towards the program´s aim to gain deeper insight into the molecular and cellular mechanisms of tumor - vessel interactions. Projects cover a broad range of experimental approaches ranging from molecular and cellular studies to complex in vivo experimental models employing different genetic and manipulatory laboratory animal models.
